Full Day Workshops

Supervisor Boot Camp (8 hr):

Full day workshop covering a variety of topics of importance to supervisors. Modules may be swapped in and out and tailored to an organization.

Conflict Management for Supervisors and Managers (7 hr):

Full day workshop on managing workplace conflict, targeted to supervisors and managers. Includes the presentations, “Why Can’t We All Just Get Along?” and “Say ‘Yes’ to Conflict” as well as several role plays to evaluate the appropriate conflict resolution strategy and to practice skills.

Leadership Skills for Women (7 hr):

Full-day program for women aspiring to leadership positions and managers who coach women leaders. This full-day program is focused on those unique issues that impact women’s ability to reach higher levels in an organization.
